Laundry: If there are more than 2 loads of laundry left for the housekeeper, each load will be charged at the hourly housekeeping fee of $20 per hour until completed.

Carpet Cleaning: We ask that you remove your shoes at the door. If dirt is tracked into the carpet, or pet stains, or stains of any kind that require carpet shampooing, your credit card will be charged back for actual charges plus a 10% administrative handling fee. This would also apply to upholstery cleaning.

Extra Cleaning: Excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear will be charged back at a rate of $20 an hour.

Ionizer: If the home needs to be cleaned due to smoking indoors, there will be a $500 charge to your credit card.New Paragraph
