A full refund will be given only if the beach house cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a 5% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds given for early departures.

Part of the Oregon Coast house rental experience is the storms and squalls that blow in off the ocean. Power outages, phones, and the internet have been known to work intermittently at times. This does not qualify as an emergency, and no refunds will be given.

We try our best to accommodate everyone, and we may be able to transfer your beach home reservation to another date. This would apply to a three-month time period for the original reservation.
